Fredrick has 18 years of institutional finance experience including IPOs, M&A, Leveraged Buyouts, Structured Finance, Financial Modeling & Valuation, and Institutional Credit Analysis. He also has 32 years of Sofware Development experience.
Kathryn boasts a 30 year career at Accenture where she was a Managing Director, Global Head of Open Innovation, sat on Accenture’s Ventures Investment Committee and developed and launched the Accenture Black Founders Development Program.
